TERMS OF SERVICE
ARTIST
> I retain all rights to any commission as well as how said commission is used. This includes featuring the art in a portfolio, posting on social media, as well as using them as commission examples.> I retain the right to refuse any commission. Whether that be for personal reasons, etc.> Please be aware that my TOS may change/be updated at any time. However, commissions that are already within the queue will not be affected.
CLIENT
> You must be 18 or older in order to contact me regarding a commission. NO acceptions.> All commissions are for personal use only, this includes use as a pfp, banner, wallpaper, and use on social media platforms with proper credit to the artist. Whether this be in the client's bio or within the post itself.> V-tuber Commissions: These are considered commercial and will be discussed beforehand. Please note: I do not perform rigging, only the illustration and breaking of the model.> USING COMMISSIONS FOR NFTS, CRYPTO, AND AI IMAGE GENERATION PROGRAMS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN AND NOT TOLERATED IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM. thank you.
PAYMENT
> 100% upfront via Cashapp or Paypal(f.a.f to avoid fees) is required for any commission under $400 (USD)> For split payments: %50 upfront and %50 after sketch approval.> All payments are due within 3 days unless there has been a discussion as to why it will take longer. Payments made at a later time will be canceled and the commission will be VOID.> Earlier the pay, the more prioritized that commission will be.> I do not do refunds.
DEADLINE/WORKFLOW
> I work based on the order of the queue, which can be found linked above. The turnaround time for commissions is usually 1 to 2 weeks but if for some reason I need to extend this deadline, I will contact you as soon as I possibly can.> Stages of the commission: sketch > linework > colors/flats > final render > Finished work and send off to client. You will receive check-ins through each stage of the commission.> Finished artwork will be delivered via email or a google drive link. This will contain the png file as well as PSD files. Formatting will differ depending on the commission type. Every commission will include a watermark. Do NOT try to remove said watermark
REVISIONS
> Three revisions are allowed in the sketch stage. ONLY two are allowed in the linework and color stages. These are free of charge. You will be charged extra for further revisions.> Free revisions do NOT apply to drastic changes which include, outfit changes, pose changes, adding a background if one was not agreed upon originally, etc.> V-tuber illustrations: If you find that you have issues rigging any groups/parts of an illustration We can talk about reworking said parts/groups. Depending on how complex that will be a fee will be involved.

> Commercial commissions: + 10% final price.> All prices below do may not be accurate for the final price of any particular commission. Prices may raise depending on background and character complexity. Feel free to use any of my pieces as an example of what you are looking for.

COMMERCIAL WORK
> Commercial work: anything involving Album covers, V-tuber work, video game production (e.i: character concepting/designing) Note: Video game work such as character concepts/designs will have the highest priority when it comes to my commercial queue, As will V-tuber work.> When contacting me regarding commercial work please make it clear what type of work you are seeking. When it comes to V-tubers please be sure to include all relevant references, as well as notes about what groups you want for your illustration ( separated hair, props, clothing, etc. )

✓ Humanoid characters, fanart, OCs, animals, and animalistic features such as tails, ears, wings, horns, feathers, scales, etc., DND campaigns.
✓ Light gore such as wounds, bloody clothing, blood on skin, scars, cuts, etc.
✓ NSFW: When asking about this please ASK before sending explicit references. Describe the idea as thoroughly as possible to avoid confusion.
✓ Tattoos, graphic designˣ Realism, extreme gore, or violence.
ˣ Complicated Mechs/vehicles, extremely complicated or detailed armor
ˣ Political pieces are a big no.
ˣ NSFW nos: incest, lolis, Noncon, huge age gaps, if I deem that its questionable I will not accept the commission
